hearts open, pondering, dreaming

This is night after a cloudy day

thuwump, thwimp; squish, smoosh

trail oozes, rain puddles

sand floats into my shoe

wetness marks my path outside

Rush: up my skirt, on the counter

Claws out, up my leg, the net,

the screen, the cloth.
